2011 Parade Participant Notice

Dear Parade Participant:

The St. Patrick Society of Peoria will sponsor the 31st Annual St. Patrick's Day Parade on Thursday, March 17, 2011. The Parade will step-off at the corners of Monroe Street and Hancock Street at 11:00 AM.

Plan ahead and get ready for the 2011 St. Patrick's Day Parade. Entries are accepted for the parade in the following categories:

• Band
• Commercial
• Family
• Individual
• Organization
• Political

First Place & Second Place Awards are given for the Commercial, Family, and Organization Categories.

Come join us after the Parade at the Holiday Inn City Centre for our family-focused party. Here you can meet with others and share your "clan" stories and enjoy Irish music and dance as you enjoy some refreshments. The Parade Awards will be presented to the winners in the Commercial, Family, and Organization Categories.

Gaelic Gold Raffle

See a Board member to purchase a "Gaelic Gold" Raffle Ticket. Only 50 Raffle Tickets are sold at $50 per ticket. The winning tickets are drawn at the Parade Party. 1st Place: $500, 2nd Place: $375, 3rd Place: $250, and 4th Place: $125.
